As at last year, MSPs that moved to the cloud early and took a leadership position in their customers' cloud operations increased their market share. In some cases because of the MSP industry, there are no signs of slowing down anytime soon.

Research found that 71% of respondents rely on an MSP for some of their cloud operations. The survey also reported that 100% of companies working with an MSP said they benefited in some way from the relationship. Such benefits include:
