Backed by IT Glue founder, new platform aims to solve "Tribal Knowledge" gaps and document drift with an AI-first architecture.

Lexful this week unveiled a new AI‑native IT documentation platform geared specifically toward managed service providers (MSPs), aiming to modernize how technical knowledge and operational information are captured, organized and used in real time. The announcement was made at the Right of Boom industry event, where the Vancouver‑based company officially emerged from stealth to showcase its platform’s potential to address longstanding pain points for MSPs.
Designed to replace legacy documentation
Traditional IT documentation tools often consist of static, fragmented records that are difficult to maintain and search, resulting in blind spots, inefficiencies and longer resolution times for support technicians. Lexful’s platform uses generative AI to automatically capture, update and connect documentation across systems, assets and procedures, helping turn outdated references into dynamic, contextual operational intelligence.
According to Lexful CEO Pinar Ormeci, the goal is to help MSPs “stop searching, stop clicking, start solving,” by delivering fast access to the exact information technicians need without manual lookup or navigation across siloed knowledge bases.
Features built for MSP workflows
At the core of the platform is an AI‑assisted knowledge engine that continually ingests documentation and links related content, credentials and procedures so it can be queried in plain language. Early adopters say this can reduce the manual toil traditionally associated with keeping records up to date, while improving response times during live support work.
Lexful also announced day‑one integrations with key MSP tools like Liongard and ScalePad, helping documentation remain synchronized with monitoring and lifecycle systems rather than existing in isolation.
Security and compliance are built in from the ground up, with a zero‑trust approach to access and audit controls meant to align documentation practices with operational governance requirements.
MSP market impact
Industry observers say that IT documentation has long been a drag on MSP efficiency, with poor searchability and scattered tribal knowledge contributing to technician burnout and slower client support. By reframing documentation as a living part of an MSP’s operational stack rather than a static record, Lexful’s platform seeks to help smaller providers scale without adding headcount or sacrificing service quality.
Backed by investments from Top Down Ventures, the launch reflects growing interest in AI‑native tools tailored for the IT services sector and the increasing role of automation in everyday MSP workflows.
