MDM specialist Jamf launches new global partner program

Mobile device management (MDM) specialist Jamf has unveiled a new global partner program designed to enhance support and drive growth for its Apple-focused partners worldwide. The Jamf Global Partner Program, now available in over 70 countries, introduces a points-based reward system that offers benefits aligned with partners' unique value propositions and business models.

The program enables channel partners to accumulate points and advance through various tiers by engaging in activities such as completing sales training, earning certifications, and closing deals that contribute to revenue growth. This system is designed to not only reward performance but also to empower partners with the resources they need to succeed in the Apple ecosystem.

Liz Benz, Jamf's Chief Sales Officer, emphasized that the new program goes beyond just increasing revenue for partners.

“The Jamf Global Partner Program fosters trusting relationships between our experts and the partners in order to further our mission to simplify work by empowering organizations to succeed with Apple,” Benz stated. “We’re igniting a group of individuals with a common goal, and I’m thrilled that we’re able to give back to the partner community that’s given so much to Jamf over the years.”

Introducing the Jamf Partner Hub

A key feature of the new program is the Jamf Partner Hub, a dedicated portal designed to streamline partner advancement by providing clear tier definitions, tools, content, and enablement resources.

The hub will serve as a centralized platform where partners can monitor deal registration status, track upcoming customer renewals, complete necessary training certifications, and access a variety of co-selling tools.

Kevin English, Senior Director of Modern Workplace Services at SHI, a Jamf partner, praised the initiative, highlighting how it positions businesses to adapt to the fast-evolving MDM landscape.

“Jamf is truly an example of a company that’s been able to endure change because they listen to the market and to their partners, enabling them to prepare for what’s coming next,” English said. “The launch of this program is just another example of how Jamf stays one step ahead of the industry’s demands, and we’re beyond excited to have even more access to their team of experts in the mobile device management and end-point security space.”
