NinjaOne announces free warranty tracking and documentation tools for MSP customers
NinjaOne, a leading provider of IT endpoint management solutions, has introduced two new free offerings for its managed service provider (MSP) customers. The company announced that its NinjaOne Warranty Tracking tool, currently in beta, is now available at no charge, along with NinjaOne Documentation for up to three users.
The new offerings are designed to help MSPs streamline their technology stacks and improve management capabilities. By offering these tools for free, NinjaOne aims to reduce costs for MSPs while simplifying IT operations.
The NinjaOne Warranty Tracking tool automates the process of managing device warranties, allowing businesses to monitor and track warranty expirations without manual intervention. The tool ensures that companies are prepared for equipment replacement before warranties expire, reducing downtime and disruptions.
According to early-access customers, the tool has led to significant benefits, including cost savings through tool consolidation (reported by 31% of users) and improved tracking of device lifecycles (reported by 17%). Some MSPs have even found new revenue opportunities by managing warranties more efficiently.
Dan Shapero, President and COO of TeamLogic IT, praised NinjaOne’s platform for its scalability and modern architecture. “We looked at eight different RMMs, and at the end of the day, NinjaOne was the best fit for us because it’s a scalable solution. It’s built on a modern SaaS architecture, and it’s future-proof,” Shapero said.
On the other end, NinjaOne Documentation offers MSPs a centralized platform to store and manage IT knowledge, including device information, processes, and security data. This tool aims to reduce time spent searching for critical information and to improve onboarding processes for new technicians.
NinjaOne has also introduced white-glove Professional Services, designed to assist larger MSPs in migrating technology stacks. This service provides hands-on support to ensure a smooth transition without disrupting business operations.
Sal Sferlazza, CEO and co-founder of NinjaOne, emphasized the company’s commitment to helping MSPs thrive saying, “MSPs are early adopters that prioritize building scalable, competitive, and profitable businesses. Their technology vendors should enable, not stifle, their profitability, and that’s why we’re offering Warranty Tracking for free.”
With these new offerings, NinjaOne continues to solidify its reputation as an innovator focused on delivering scalable, user-friendly solutions to help MSPs succeed.
