NinjaOne, the automated endpoint management platform, has officially announced its first-ever, dedicated conference for Managed Service Providers (MSPs), dubbed MSP NXT. The inaugural event is scheduled to take place from October 27 to 29, 2026, at the Marriott Austin Downtown.

The company stressed that the conference is designed to deliver "real, implementable value" to its partners, moving beyond traditional sales pitches to focus heavily on practical education, hands-on training, and strategies to improve profitability and customer outcomes.
Focusing on the 'Next' evolution of MSPs
MSP NXT is positioned as a response to the current pressures facing the MSP industry, where clients are increasingly demanding better business outcomes, optimization, and clear Return on Investment (ROI), rather than just basic IT functionality.
Hands-on learning: The conference is structured to include dedicated workshops, hands-on labs, and role-specific tracks for sales and marketing, the C-suite, and technical staff. This approach allows organizations to send different teams who can return with immediate, actionable takeaways.
Actionable takeaways: According to Paul Redding, Head of MSP Partnerships at NinjaOne, the event is built around ensuring attendees leave with concrete automations and efficiencies they can deploy immediately upon returning to their businesses.
Industry evolution: "MSPs are under pressure to deliver differentiated services and better client outcomes, often with limited resources," said Redding. "We're focused on providing an experience that's valuable, actionable, and genuinely fun. Real conversations, tangible results, and takeaways MSPs can implement immediately."
CEO commitment and community focus
CEO and co-founder Sal Sferlazza emphasized the event's significance as a platform to foster community and collaboration.
"This conference is an opportunity to bring the community together to share ideas, learn from one another, and discuss what's next for a dynamic and ever-evolving industry," Sferlazza stated. "Thank you in advance to our MSP community for making this event what it will be. I can't wait to connect with you in Austin."
The event will feature keynotes from industry experts, interactive breakout sessions, and networking opportunities aimed at fostering relationships that support future success in the rapidly changing managed services landscape. The company plans to keep the initial attendance capped to ensure a more intimate, high-value experience.
