The MSP Elevate program offers a comprehensive suite of benefits aimed at addressing the challenges MSPs face in delivering robust cybersecurity services:
Exclusive Access to Sophos MDR Bundle for MSPs: Partners gain entry to the premium Sophos Managed Detection and Response (MDR) Complete service tier, which includes 24/7 incident response, one-year data retention, Network Detection and Response (NDR), and full integration packs. This bundle enables MSPs to provide comprehensive threat detection and response across customer environments.
Simplified Sales Process: The program introduces a single-SKU MDR bundle, streamlining the sales and deployment process for MSPs and reducing operational overhead.
Discounted Network-in-a-Box Hardware Bundle: MSPs can access Sophos' advanced network security solutions, including firewalls, switches, and wireless access points, at significant discounts. These products are managed through the unified Sophos Central platform, facilitating automated threat responses and efficient network management.

Program enrollment
To participate in the MSP Elevate program, MSPs must be part of the existing MSP Flex program, which allows for monthly billing of Sophos solutions. Additionally, partners are required to commit to a minimum monthly spend over 12 months.
