NinjaOne, the automated endpoint management platform, has unveiled NinjaOne Remote, a native remote access solution built directly into its core platform. The new tool is aimed at Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and internal IT teams struggling with "tool sprawl" and the security challenges of managing distributed, hybrid workforces.

Instead of relying on fragmented, third-party remote access tools, NinjaOne is providing a unified, built-in solution that allows technicians to connect to and troubleshoot devices from the same console they use for monitoring, patching, and automation.
Frictionless support and security-first design
Chief Product Officer Rahul Hirani emphasized that the goal was to eliminate the friction and context-switching that slows down support teams. The native integration is designed to deliver immediate value through speed and a security-first architecture.
Key features and benefits of NinjaOne Remote include:
Single-click, rapid connection: Technicians can connect to any managed endpoint (Windows, Mac, Linux, Android, iOS) in seconds without leaving the NinjaOne dashboard.
Background mode: Allows IT teams to run maintenance, scripts, and resolve issues silently without interrupting the end-user's workflow, improving productivity and end-user experience.
Comprehensive toolset: Provides immediate access to troubleshooting tools, fast file transfer, and command line access directly within the remote session.
Security & compliance: Built on a security-first architecture that meets stringent compliance standards, including FedRAMP Moderate, SOC 2 Type II and III, ISO 27001, and alignment with regulations like GDPR and HIPAA.
End-User portal: Users can securely access their office machines remotely through the dedicated NinjaOne End User Portal, minimizing downtime.
NinjaOne noted that over 20,000 customers were already using the solution prior to the official launch, validating its immediate impact on streamlining IT operations and reducing the number of separate tools required for endpoint management.
