Silobreaker partners with ThreatQuotient in effort to break into the US market

Silobreaker, a leader in threat intelligence from open, deep, and dark web sources, has announced a new partnership with cybersecurity firm ThreatQuotient. The collaboration is set to enhance Silobreaker's presence in the US by integrating its rich datasets with ThreatQuotient’s ThreatQ platform, providing customers with advanced capabilities to contextualize and analyze threat data at scale.

How the Partnership Works

The integration between Silobreaker and ThreatQuotient allows users to perform on-demand querying of Silobreaker’s datasets directly from the ThreatQ platform. This provides powerful insights into technical threat indicators and correlates high-relevance entities such as malware, threat actors, and attack types.

Key use cases of the integration include:

Threat Monitoring: Real-time surveillance across open sources, as well as the deep and dark web, allows organizations to stay ahead of emerging threats.

Vulnerability Tracking: Enhanced capabilities to track and respond to vulnerabilities.

Credential Monitoring: Better monitoring of compromised credentials to reduce risk.

Indicator Enrichment: Contextualizing and enriching indicators for IP addresses, domains, and subdomains.

John Czupak, CEO of ThreatQuotient, highlighted the value of this collaboration noting, "Our partnership with Silobreaker enables us to deliver even deeper insights into real-world threats, so customers can accelerate understanding and harden their defenses. These critical insights allow incident handlers, SOC analysts, and investigation teams to take the right steps at the right time, better managing risks."

On the other end, Kristofer Mansson, CEO of Silobreaker emphasized the strategic importance of the integration saying, "This integration not only enhances our collective offerings but also provides organizations with a sharper, more holistic view of potential threats. Together, we enable our partners and customers to gain the crucial insights needed to make proactive, informed decisions to protect their organizations."

Strengthening Threat Intelligence for MSPs

This partnership reflects Silobreaker’s continued commitment to working closely with resellers to enhance their threat intelligence solutions. By offering a seamless and powerful user experience, the integration provides managed security providers (MSPs) in the U.S. with an opportunity to expand their threat monitoring and response capabilities, ultimately delivering higher levels of protection for their customers.
